Also check out the recently released Northeast and Northern Forests Regional Climate Hub Assessment of Climate Change Vulnerability and Adaptation and Mitigation Strategies. This report pairs with the National Climate Assessment to provide a fuller picture of changes that are ahead, some that are already being experienced in this part of the country. Included also is a section on the Principles of Forest Adaptation (page 34), something all forest landowners and managers should be familiar with. A one-page summary of the report highlights is also available.
