Check out the newly published Southeast Regional Climate Hub Assessment of Climate Change Vulnerability and Adaptation and Mitigation Strategies. The Assessment covers eleven states: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia and describes the significant climate-related challenges managers of working lands (i.e., range, forest, and agricultural) are facing.

 SERCH Vuln Assessment

Temperature increases are expected in the coming decades, with concomitant effects on rainfall and water availability. The Southeast Regional Climate Hub (SERCH) is poised to help land managers understand and address unexpected changes in weather and stress interactions.  We are grateful to the SERCH scientists and staff for their efforts and insights!
